14-day money-back guarantee
- Pro Lifetime: full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Pro Monthly: full refund of your first monthly payment within 14 days of that payment.
- No questions asked — although we'd love to hear what didn't work for you.
- Refunds are processed through Gumroad, where you bought Pro.
How to request a refund
- Email moonlight89kg@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your Gumroad receipt.
- Include your Gumroad order number or the email address used for the purchase, so we can find the order.
- We issue the refund through Gumroad, usually within a few business days of your request.
When the money arrives
Gumroad returns the payment to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Pro Monthly renewals and cancelling
Pro Monthly renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Gumroad library (or through the link in your Gumroad receipt emails); cancelling stops future charges, and Pro stays active until the end of the month you already paid for.
Renewal payments after the first one are not refunded as a rule, and we don't refund partial months. If a renewal charged you by mistake — for example you meant to cancel and haven't used Pro since — contact us and we'll look at it fairly.
When we refund your first monthly payment, we also cancel the membership, so you won't be charged again.
What happens to your license
Once a purchase is refunded, its license key is no longer valid. BatchScroll notices this the next time it checks the key with Gumroad and switches back to the free plan. Your settings, screenshots and exports are not affected — the free plan keeps working as before.
After 14 days
Refund requests after 14 days are not guaranteed, but if something is wrong — for example BatchScroll stopped working for you after a Chrome update — please contact us and we'll do our best to fix it or find a fair solution.
